Bat Shlomo Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc Reserve 2021a dry, white wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes are gently pressed and cold fermented in concrete egg-shaped tanks, and aged in a special cigar-shaped barrel adding layers of additional texture. This wine has been carefully handcrafted, naturally and without filtration or cold stabilization. Expect wine diamonds and slight sediment.
