Bat Shlomo Semillon Ice Wine 2021-375

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2021 Ice Wine is made of 100% estate-grown Semillon grapes handpicked late in the harvest, carefully frozen under precise conditions, and slowly pressed in their frozen state. This dessert wine is a graceful balance between sweetness and acidity. This vintage received 92 points from Mark Squires for Robert Parker's "The Wine Advocate". Mr. Squires says it is " delicious, sweet and laced with apricot and peach nuances. This is a big winner, it should age well for at least the rest of the decade, likely more".
