Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2024 Sauvignon Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A crisp, dry white wine bursting with citrus flavors and aromas. The wine was fermented in Nomblot egg-shaped concrete tanks to increase the tropical aromas and texture to produce a high quality Sauvignon Blanc with a mix of grassy, tropical flavors aromas with a strong acidic framework.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2024 Rose’ wine was produced in the traditional Rose’ method. The Grenache grapes were hand harvested fairly early in order to keep the high acidity levels. A vibrant, dry Rose’ with delicate floral aromas and citrusy flavors that transition into a refreshing and subtle fruitiness on the finish.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards Chardonnay 2023 is a dry, white wine made for 100% Chardonnay. Aged in French oak barrel for 10 months. This wine received 90 points from Mark Squires for Robert Parker’s "The Wine Advocate"

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2022 Regavim wine is dry, red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot Cabernet Franc and Tempranillo. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. It has aromas of fresh raspberries and plums with a smooth and balanced long finish.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2021 Alchemy is a a dry, red blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Mourvèdre’ grapes. This wine is lighter than a traditional French wine, reflecting the ease of its roots in Spain and southern France. The name "Alchemy" represents the magic of blending the Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon to create something uniquely special. Aged in French oak 14 months

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2017 Vintner’s Barrel is a dry red wine made for 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The French oak barrel used to make this wine chosen for its balanced palate, rich mouth feel and long finish. Aged for 24 months.
