Bat Shlomo Vineyards Betty's Cuvée 2020 is a dry, red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot. This vintage aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels. A full-bodied wine with a beautiful deep plum color. This vintage received 90 points for Mark Squires for Robert Parker's "The Wine Advocate" . Mr. Squires says. "The finish is long and well balanced, I really like what this bottle is doing these days... it is elegant, relatively bright and shows mid-palate finesse, creating a refined and sophisticated feel with a velvety texture." 

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2022 Regavim wine is dry, red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot Cabernet Franc and Tempranillo. Aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. It has aromas of fresh raspberries and plums with a smooth and balanced long finish.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2021 Alchemy is a a dry, red blend of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Mourvèdre’ grapes. This wine is lighter than a traditional French wine, reflecting the ease of its roots in Spain and southern France. The name "Alchemy" represents the magic of blending the Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon to create something uniquely special. Aged in French oak 14 months

This unique blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Merlot was born from the planting of our vineyard in Bat Shlomo on the steep, limestone slopes of the Hurshan hills.  They were planted next to each other with a small fig tree separating the two blocks.  The marriage of the crispy, refreshing, cranberry, raspberry and blackberry of the Malbec with the minty, earthy thick texture of the Merlot creates a special culinary blend that is precise for the Israeli heat and Mediterranean Cuisine.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2020 Betty's Cuvée, 1.5 L is a dry, red wine blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. This wine is full bodied with a long and well balanced finish. Aged in French oak barrels for 20 months.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards Betty's Cuvée 2019 Double Magnum: 3 L
Betty’s Cuvee’ 2019 is a dry, red blend made from 92% Cabernet Sauvignon and 8% Cabernet Franc. Aged for 20 months in a mix of new and used French oak. This vintage received 90 points from Mark Squires for Robert Parker’s "The Wine Advocate" and he says “…it will probably be firing on all cylinders around 2020.”

Bat Shlomo Vintner’s Barrel 2015 is a dry, red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Our winemaker, Ari Erle, blended together two select French oak barrels, each one containing fermented grapes form two different vineyards to create this aromatic and vibrant wine . Aged for 32 months.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2017 Vintner’s Barrel is a dry red wine made for 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. The French oak barrel used to make this wine chosen for its balanced palate, rich mouth feel and long finish. Aged for 24 months.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards Vintner's Barrel 2019 is a dry, red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. A dark, plum colored wine that combines dark raspberry aromas with flavors of black licorice, spicy cardamom and light mineral earthy nuances, accented by hints of oak, evolve around the palate and lead into a long finish. Aged in a French oak barrel for 24 months.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards Yom Ha’Atzmaut Limited Edition.
This wine is a 2017 vintage of our popular Regavim red blend, made up of Cabernet Sauvignon (86%) and Syrah (14%), and aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Not only is this a wine to enjoy at the table, but a bottle to proudly display representing Israeli innovation, quality and passion
The Yom Ha’atzmaut Limited Edition features label artwork by the talented Dov Abramson, a modern twist on a vintage poster by Keren Hayesod – UIA (United Israel Appeal). The image itself depicts rows of agriculture forming a Magen David.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards’ Magenta 2022 is a special, balanced and unique blend.
It is made from the original, Israeli hybrid, Argaman variety, together with Syrah and Cabernet to create an easy drinking, balanced and complex red blend, perfectly curated for the Mediterranean climate: : 45% Argaman, 40% Syrah, 15% Cabernet.
