Red Wines

This unique blend of 50% Malbec and 50% Merlot was born from the planting of our vineyard in Bat Shlomo on the steep, limestone slopes of the Hurshan hills.  They were planted next to each other with a small fig tree separating the two blocks.  The marriage of the crispy, refreshing, cranberry, raspberry and blackberry of the Malbec with the minty, earthy thick texture of the Merlot creates a special culinary blend that is precise for the Israeli heat and Mediterranean Cuisine.

Bat Shlomo Vineyards’ Magenta 2022 is a special, balanced and unique blend.
It is made from the original, Israeli hybrid, Argaman variety, together with Syrah and Cabernet to create an easy drinking, balanced and complex red blend, perfectly curated for the Mediterranean climate: : 45% Argaman, 40% Syrah, 15% Cabernet.

Aged in french oak barrels for 20 months
