Bat Shlomo Vineyards 2023 Rose’ wine was produced in the traditional Rose’ method. The Grenache grapes were hand harvested fairly early in order to keep the high acidity levels. A vibrant, dry Rose’ with delicate floral aromas and citrusy flavors that transition into a refreshing and subtle fruitiness on the finish.
